• Contest closes at 12 O’clock Midnight, Eastern Standard Time on December 18, 2009.

All tickets are time stamped so winners will be determined by the earliest submitted tickets.

The support ticket is your entry form and must include your Real Name, Complete Address, a valid email address and your Paypal username.
