The backbone of Prosperity rising is basically a URL cloaking tracking tool with a ton of sex.

The sex is that every time you cloak your link and share that link with others, an ad that you created is displayed to hundreds of potential buyers.  So, the trick is getting your cloaked link clicked.

There are many ways to ask people to click a link. Let’s list a few:

*  Promoting a product

*  Telling people about a recent blog post

*  Sharing a funny YouTube Video on Twitter or Facebook

If I want to get hits… I would pick option 3 every day.

Think about it… would you like to see some weird video that creeped you out a bit?  Or would you rather me cloak a link to buy a WordPress theme?  B.O.R.I.N.G!

Remember the more hits you get, the more ads are displayed… Your ad!

The game is to get your ad about YOUR product displayed all day long.

The more your ad is displayed in our system the better chance people will click and buy your product.

So, again our recommendation is that you cloak something funny or entertaining everyday. Then Tweet or Facebook it!

Over a short time you will recognize a significant change in your PR account… And Prospering will be easier!

This idea, this technique only takes about 10 to 20 extra seconds to complete.

So, let’s say you saw a funny video on Youtube and the URL was: http://youtube.com/xxxxxxx

All you do is log into PR site and cloak that site to: http://prosperityrising.com/links/5221 (example
only).

Now, when you share that same Youtube video, you are able to track hits and create credits which allows your ads to be displayed all over the internet.

I shared my link like this today and earned 40 ad displays… You can easily do the same.

List building is so important that we felt it necessary to touch upon it again today on our world famous “coffeetime” show.

JQ  spoke for a while about what to do when you have a list no matter how small or big it may be.

Keith, talked about his big fear that he had once his list started to grow. He said, “I was afraid to send my list anything. I was nervous that they would unsubscribe.”  He then realized it is much better to have a small responsive list then a big list with no activity!

Peter was stifled a bit. His wife was on the phone next to him so he had to mute his mic but his presence was there when it needed to be.

Event Calendar Marketing was discussed quite a bit as well. Prosperity Risings new calendar tool just might be a really big hit. Also discussed on the show today was the word “value”.  Providing value to everyone on your list is vital to your success.

Everyone these days is talking about blogs and the power of BLOGGING! Blogging is powerful but many people get confused about how to best use a blog site. Me too, sometimes

Blog sites, in my opinion, are best used to get people to know you, like you, and trust you. Blog sites help maintain a relationship between you and the reader.

Blogs sites, typically, are not list-building tools! I repeat, blog sites typically are not list-building tools!

That’s why the Internet Gods created Squeeze pages.

Squeeze pages are an essential part of list-building.

In the beginning the Internet Gods were granted the very first squeeze page. It was long and narrow but had a great call to action (in written form). There was usually a great Headline… much like today. It was kind of like this, “Who else wants to get so much traffic to their website that their host provider warns them that their site might be shut down?”

But then the Old style squeeze page had a lot of words, too many in my opinion, and it required that you use the scroll bar to get to the end. Once it got to the end, you were asked to provide your your “full name” and email address to get your free gift!

They worked!

Then they kind of stopped working because they were, well, ugly.

Now Squeeze pages can be sexy!

No, I’m not talking porn here, I’m talking eye-candy video’s, a wider page and an opt-in section that just makes you want to jump in and get that free GIFT.

No more scrolling. The video and “call to action (opt-in)” are right there in front of you the whole time.

Now today on our “coffeetime” show, JQ (aka The Professor) created a simple but very accurate video showing what new squeeze pages are all about!

So back to the Blogs.

Blogging is great and blogging is hugely important but to start out just blogging and not driving people to a highly attractive squeeze page that is specifically designed to collect names and email addresses would be making a big mistake. You will be frustrated and pulling your hair out!

You need to do both. drive traffic to your opt-in page. Give them something that solves a problem. Thank them and redirect them to your blog site. Shhhhh. Don’t tell too many people about this!
